Silver Heritage Limited (SHL) is quickly becoming recognized as a market leader in the provision and management of entertainment assets across Asia. With recent expansion within Laos. SHL is currently looking to fill the following full time and permanent positions in the Vientiane office.

1. Assistant Venue Manager (1 Positions)
Responsibilities:
• Responsibility for daily running of Club 19.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Staffing of the venue.
Qualifications:
• University Degree, preferably in Hospitality or related fields.
• Minimum of two years of in the hospitality business.
• Experience in hospitality program planning and management.
• Computer skills including MS Word, Excel and able to use email and internet applications.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.

2. Assistant Marketing Manager (2 positions)
Responsibilities:
• Planning and preparation of marketing plans.
• Management and execution of related marking activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
• Budget preparation, tracking and reporting.
• Data collection, analysis and reporting of marketing activities.
Qualifications:
• University Degree, preferably in a Marketing or Business Management discipline or related fields.
• Minimum of one year marketing or management experience.
• Experience in sales, marketing planning and reporting.
• Computer skills including MS Word, Excel and able to use email and internet applications.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.

3. VIP Manager (2 positions)
Responsibilities:
• Designing, planning and execution of VIP programs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Budget preparation and tracking.
• Summary feedback and development of new VIP program initiatives.
Qualifications:
• University Degree, preferably in Hospitality or related fields.
• Minimum of two years of hospitality/VIP experience.
• Experience in VIP hospitality program planning and reporting.
• Computer skills including MS Word, Excel and able to use email and internet applications.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

4. Technicians (8 Positions)
Responsibilities:
• Provide 1st line support to the repair and maintenance of the machines under their control.
• Ensure that all the machines are maintained correctly and periodically.
• Ensure that any faulty equipment is repaired or replaced in a timely manner.
• Report daily figures in the requested format for the takings of the machines under their control.
• Attend the cash count and meter readings as required.
• Keep accurate inventories of all equipment including spares under their control.
• Ensure that the spares available are in good working condition.
• Report any faulty equipment to a Technical Manager within 2 hours of discovery.
• Attend training as required.
• Provide suggestions as to how to make the company more efficient.
Qualifications:
• Lao Nationality.
• Technical education, Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree or equivalent as an Electrical Technician.
• Good communication skill in both Lao and English.
• Willingness to live and work outside of Vientiane.
• Ability to work in team.
• Experience with and knowledge of computer is advantage.
• Fast learner.

5. Bar Supervisor (1 position)
Responsibilities:
• Responsibility for day to day running and management of the Food and Beverage Division and the Bar.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Stock control management.
• Staff management and training.
Qualifications:
• Diploma Degree or higher in Hospitality or related fields.
• Minimum of three years of Food and Beverage management experience.
• Computer skills including MS Word, Excel and able to use email and internet applications.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.

6. Bar Tender (6 Position)
Responsibilities:
• Responsibility all bar activities.
• Mix and serve drink for the customers.
• Ensure that all beverages and service are kept at a consistently high standard.
Qualifications:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Polite and friendly manner and reception skill.
• English language knowledge is advantage.
• Ability to work in team.
