Enterprise & Development Consultants Co., Ltd (EDC) is a Lao
private professional consulting firm, which provides training and
consultancy services in the areas of: BDS (Business Development
Services), Program and Project Development and Management,
Capacity Development, etc.
EDC is entering into its ten year of operation. In striving for achieving its vision of becoming a leading consultancy firm, EDC is recruiting:
Two consultants/trainers
Responsibilities:
In the service areas as described above:
- Take part in providing consultancy and counseling services to businesses,
national and international organizations, donor supported development
projects;
- Take part in designing, preparing, and conducting or facilitating training
courses/workshops;
- Take part in carrying out research and study assignment in areas, such as
marketing study; business feasibility study; project and program formulation
or monitoring and evaluation; PRA and other areas which are related to EDC’s service areas.
- Contribute to and/or write a report in Lao and English.
Qualifications:
We are looking for potential candidates, who are:
• 25 to 35 years old;
• University graduates in one of the following areas: Business Administration,
Marketing, Economics, International Trade, Management, Agriculture and
Community Development (advanced degree from universities abroad will be
preferred)
• Having training, research and study skills in different business administration and management areas.
• Having experiences working with local communities
• Have at least three years experience with private manufacturing, service
enterprises or with development projects
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Having good computing skills, using Words, Excel, Power Point, SPSS, Access, internet and email.
• Able to work under pressure and flexible
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Possessing good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work in team
• A quick learner, enthusiastic, responsible and accountable person
