Viet – Lao Power Joint Stock Company is the leading company in the field of hydropower projects in Lao People’s Democratic Republic with the total investment capital of $2 billion.

At present, we are investing in three-star hotel project in Vientiane, Lao PDR with the view to develop hotel services, offi ces for lease and tourism. For the purpose of developing and diversifying our business lines, we are looking for suitable candidates for the Hotel Manager position.

Requirements
1. General requirements: – Male/female, good appearance. Male height: 1m70, female height: 1m60; – A bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hotel, Business Administration or related field is required; – Fluency in English and Vietnamese; Good computer skills especially in Microsoft words/excel; – Good communication skills; – With at least 3 years of experience in the same position;
2. Job Description:
• During the construction period of the Project (until 2010): – Perform the investment procedures of the project – Develop business plans for the project. – Look for potential clients – Recruit and train the management team and staff of the hotel. – Hold concurrently Chief of Administration Office
• During the operation period: Depend upon the management ability, maybe appointed to be the Hotel
Manager.
