Assistant Project Manager
 A ny Nationality will be considered.
 Hotel & Catering Management School Diploma.
 A minimum of 3 years experience in managing medium to large size
Business & Industry projects.
 E xcellent administrative and communication skills, team leader,
hands-on, excellent client relation and client focused, able to work
independently, experience in developing business through
acquisition of new contracts.
 Purchasing experience and negotiation skills would be a plus.
 E xperience of ISO Quality systems (9001:2008)
 Excellent operational background in managing diverse operations
including Retail, Leisure, Remote Site and Commercial Catering
services operations.
 Strong ability to organize, analyses, interpret and take sustainable
corrective action.
 Strong knowledge and understanding of budgets and financial
management.
 Self motivation & confidence, honesty & flexibility coupled with a
professional work ethic & a hands on approach.
 Ability to impart knowledge, delegate, train and empower the incountry
team.
 Communication skills, computer literacy, continuous improvement
process competence and team building.
 Fluent English, knowledge of Laos is an advantage.
Based is near Sepon, South West Laos.
Rotation are 28 days on/14 days off
Flown in & out of anywhere in Thailand, Laos or Vietnam at company
expense.
